How painful is a breast augmentation?
Most breast augmentation procedures are not extremely painful. There is usually a period of discomfort that follows the surgery, but that can be managed with prescription painkillers that your plastic surgeon will prescribe to you. You can also use cold packs to help minimize the pain and swelling, and most people find that as long as the breasts are bound, the pain is minimal.
