How secure is Logging Online?
Security is our top priority. Your financial information is protected by your user ID (email address), password and an automatic time-out, which ensures that if there is no activity after a period of time, your session is terminated to prevent unauthorised access. An additional security feature, your PIN, has also been included to ensure the highest level of security. This PIN number is provided to you by post and cannot be modified, however, you may change your password. Your user ID (email address), password and PIN must be entered each time you logon to the Online Logon service.
