We believe it is very secure, and we use Paypal exclusively for our payment and authentication services. Remember also that most cardholder agreements limit you, by law, to a maximum of $50 should your credit card number be used in an unauthorized manner. 2. I was wondering if there was an option to order online (secure) and have delivery by regular U.S. mail. My address is an FPO AP, U.S. address actually located in San Francisco, California. Unfortunately, the FPO AP does not accept Federal Express or UPS? Sorry but we do not offer this option at this time due to the increased processing time required.
