How secure is SafeCryptor?
A. SafeCryptor uses the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm to encrypt the information with a key strength of 128 bits. AES is the new industry standard for symmetric-key encryption and a fast, well-documented, and rigorously tested algorithm. Besides, the 128-bit encryption key is generated from the supplied PC Unique Key, a unique number based on the current computer configuration (hardware, operating system, etc).
