How should I indicate CNRIs ownership of the registered marks?
At the bottom of the page or the end of the promotional material on which the marks appear you should include the following statement: “HANDLE SYSTEM®, HANDLE.NET®, AND GLOBAL HANDLE REGISTRY® are trademarks of the Corporation for National Research Initiatives.” If fewer than all three marks appear on the page or in the promotional material, only the relevant mark(s) need be referred to in this statement.
