How should I prepare for a Huna Reiki healing session?
All you’ll need to bring to your session is you. You’ll remain completely clothed during the session so its always a good idea to wear loose comfortable clothing that will allow you to completely relax while you’re lying down to receive your treatment. What should I expect during a Huna Reiki Treatment? When you arrive for your session, we’ll have a quick chat to discuss your reasons for coming and anything that you would like to focus on during our time together. Then we’ll go into the treatment room where you’ll lie down on a massage table, fully clothed. Before you get on the table I’ll ask you to remove your belt and any jewelry that might get in the way or be uncomfortable as your session progresses. You’ll begin lying face down on the table to start. I’ll start by scanning your body, moving my hands from head to feet above you. I do not actually touch you.
