How should I react when disruptive fans seated nearby inhibit my enjoyment of a game at Arrowhead?
Common sense should dictate what is reasonable behavior and what is not. We appreciate our fans’ enthusiasm as long as they are respectful of those people seated around them. As a season ticket holder, you are accountable for the conduct of those individuals you give your tickets. Violations can result in immediate ejection, arrest, and forfeiture of your season ticket account. If you are the victim of such behavior or find yourself involved in it, please contact the Fan Assistance or CSI attendant in your section at the top or bottom of the stairs. You’ll find him in a green jacket, labeled “Fan Assistance” or in a blue jacket labeled “CSI.” Simply describe to him the circumstances leading to your complaint. The individual or individuals in question will be informed of the complaint without identifying you and asked to stop the activity in question as politely as possible.
