How should message threads be handled?
If the email record is part of an overall message thread it is recommended that you ensure that all replies quote the original. This is the most assured way of preserving the thread regardless of how the email is then captured and stored. If you use DocuShare to capture your email, use Reply All to send the reply to the same collection as the original. A View Thread option is available.
