How should VIDEO home sections be coded?
The State of Utah now requires all video home sections (located in broadcast room EE) be coded as video, not face-to-face. These sections will no longer appear on the originating academic department proofing reports, but will appear on the Video proofing report. Academic Scheduling is in the process of re-numbering all video home sections, beginning with Summer 2010. This change will affect: Schedule Type: “F” (face-to-face) sections will now be coded “V” (video) TOPs Code: “Video” code will be added Section: Must begin with “15_” For example: ENGL 1010 003 –becomes– ENGL 1010 151 HUM 1010 601 –becomes– HUM 1010 156 HIST 1700 A01 –becomes– HIST 1700 151 SOC 1200 B61 –becomes– SOC 1200 156 For more information, see Course Section Numbering.
