You can use a scan of golden glittery pic or find on the net then open the pic in photoshop and select the part of the image you’d like for the pattern using marquee tool then go to edit and define a new pattern using that selection From here you can use the pattern as a fill when using the paint bucket. Just select pattern and choose the pattern you made. You can also use the texturiser in filter>texture here you can use a picture of different lines or whatever and create a repeating textures that can be used on a paint brush or as a overlay on another layer. Just experiment the texturiser or pattern til you’ve got the effect your after.
