HOw to control bad thoughts like sexual ones.I dont wanna get those thoughts to my mind,?
I have found that reading my Bible and praying helps to keep sexual thoughts out of my head. Yet I know how hard it is to do that and that you can’t read your Bible or pray all of the time. I suggest keeping yourself busy during the day with things that will be productive such as schoolwork, your job, or self-assigned research projects. Right before you go to sleep at night and right away when you wake up in the morning read a chapter or two of the Bible and pray to God to keep those thoughts away. A good book of the Bible to read would be Proverbs or Matthew. Both of these talk about staying away from sexual influences. Staying away is the easiest way to keep them out of your head. Don’t watch sexual movies or TV shows, go on sexual websites – not just **** sites but those that say anything sexual – or read sexual books or magazines.
