How to drain fuel tank for 2005 Chrysler sebring?

0

I want to drain/empty my fuel tank for chrysler sebring car. Please let me know the procedure. I have nearly 3.5 to 4 gallon gas in the tank. I tried using symphon but it is not coming out. Probably symphon pipe is not reaching inside of the tank. A: there are usually no drain plugs in the fuel tank for safety reasons, tha onmly way i know is to remove the filler neck and use proper syphon tube and syphon into aprroved container, i have also in the past removed the tank partially full and then drained.
