well my grandparents use glass wine bottles for craft and they drill holes in them with a titanium drill bit or something like tht and it works better than a diamond drill bit..Best thing to do it to find some1 and ask them to drill it for you

A masonry drill bit can do the job as well but will take much longer. You need to drill rather slowly and you need to pour water to cool it while drilling.
