How to embed a link to an intermediate language translator?

I need to embed code so that when someone clicks on a link the content of the target site is run through the Yahoo-Babelfish translator before the page is displayed. I have a multi-translator widget here: http://kd4e.com/wp.html It only translates the current page and I cannot figure out how to modify it to translate a target link page. I think this site is trying to tell me how to do this but I cannot really see what they are doing: http://hard-soft.rs/html/help-URL_Encoder_Decoder.
