How to estimate driving times?
In order to estimate your driving time, you need to know how many miles you are traveling. Then you can estimate the speed you will be going and figure out about how much time it’ll take you to get there. For example, from Rocky Mount, NC to Fayetteville, NC is about 98 miles on I-95. If you go 70 miles per hour, that means it will take you about 1 hour and 24 minutes to get to Fayetteville. Then you have to take in account the time it will take you to actually get where you’re going once you get off of an exit. So if you get to Fayetteville and decide you want to drive to Fayetteville State University. It will take another 10 minutes to get there from exit 56, so the total trip would be about 1 hour and 34 minutes.
