How to find out Computer Name (Host Name) or IP Address for computer that I am trying to access in RDP session?

To access computer via RDP session should be used Computer Name (Host Name) or Computer IP address. One of these parameters should be entered in Host field of SymRDP configuration. Preferable parameter is Computer Name. Exist a few way to find out these parameters. If you are using Windows based computer and you have access to this computer, then you may use command ipconfig/all to see Host Name and IP Address of this computer.
