How to get around “Response denied by WatchGuard HTTP proxy?
I’m an IT Systems Administrator and have Watchguard Firebox at work as well. There’s no way around it, we (administrators) can block anything and everything we want and can even disable the use of proxies to get around it. Talk to your IT department and mention that you are taking courses at a local college and tell them you need to download documents for it. They can add the url/IP address to an exception list. Good luck convincing them to unblock yahoo music though.
