It’s part of the Google internet pages. Go to Google. Click Maps. Put in a postcode / street / area. When the page comes up, if there is a yellow man on top of the box for scrolling / zooming etc., you can click it to have a look at the street view and if not, then this city hasn’t been done yet. So far only 5 UK cities are on Google Maps.
