These shows are sometimes handled by smaller production companies who hire casting directors who hold auditions. You need to get in touch with these people. Use tools like IMDB.com to see who the casting directors are. Use google to see if you can find a business address or phone number. Then you can ask about specific audition dates or “open calls.” You probably can’t just leave and move to California, nor should you do that without talking to your parents obviously.
