Ans. The security (Local/STD/ISD whatsoever) deposited by the subscriber is refunded/settled in the Final bill sent to subscriber after the disconnection. The Final bill is generally generated on the last day of the month in which the disconnection took place. And the cheque of refunded security is dispatched the subsequent month.
