How to get student computer account?
• The computer center automatically assigns a username and creates a computer account for every registered student. Students can find out their username and password online. You need to have access to the DESU website: * You can use the Kiosk computers in the center of the lounge area in the Administration Building (Ground floor). * Obtain a temporary username and password from the computer lab in the main library (Rm 129 and 129), or from the Academic Computing Office (ACO, Room 8, Grossley Hall) and login to a student computer on campus, OR * You may use your own computer in at home. To obtain your username and initial password: 1. Go to the Kiosk main page. 2. Click ‘Account Information’ button. 3. Enter your full name, and click ‘Read Policy’ button. 4. Fill out the form (your name, birthdate, SSN, ..) and click ‘Verify’ button. 5. Read the policy and check the 3 boxes with a capital ‘X’ if you agree. 6. Click ‘I Agree’ button if you agree. 7.
