How to make a backup copy of my .pst files?
The personla folder has tasks, inbox, sent items, deleted items, outbox, and many user created folders. The personal folder has the important files in it so it is important for you to have backup of all. therefore to have automatic backup process you will have to access add-in. To access personal forlder backup add-in you have to start MS Outlook then in the file menu click backup after this click the options and then easily select .pst that want the backup. So in this you can easily have pst backup of your important documents.
