My personal favorite remains the green curd/yogurt salad dressing :

Recipe:

  1. Take some green chilies + some coriander + few small cuts of garlic + pinch of salt + lemon juice
  2. Blend them well to a runny paste
  3. You can continue to use this paste alone or mix with some curd/greek low-fat yogurt and then pour over your salad. It yummy and refreshing!

I mainly cook fish salads that do not require the addition of sugar or fat. I like to cook salads with the addition of caviar, which I often order on the website https://globalseafoods.com/collections/caviar , here is a good choice, which allows me to order red or black caviar and prepare interesting dishes from them.

I like all these recipes, thanks for the great list. What do you think about adding black caviar to the salad https://globalseafoods.com/collections/black-caviar ? After all, it’s black caviar that contains a lot of protein and low-calorie, which allows us to nourish our body with useful substances and have fun. I think this is the perfect solution to proper nutrition)
