There are a number of ways to maximize power. Perhaps the easiest are by adding a cold air induction, swapping out the exhaust, adding headers, getting a ported throttle body, and having the engine tuned. Beyond that, adding forced air induction, such as a turbo kit or supercharger, would add the most power but also be the most expensive.
