How to prevent images inside Start Page from changing sizes?

Some images inside the Start Page change their sizes as the cursor moves in or out. If you are no fan of this fisheye design, you may go to Exp+ Setup Center and select checkbox “Disable fisheye special effect on images in Start Page” in “General” panel.
