How to purchase ropo or auction Manufactured homes?
I am on Worker comp and most lenders won’t consider my income – using only my wife’s income we would qualify for Low Income help, but they do consider my income. We can only qualify for Manufactured homes under $600 a month and the only option we have found is repo’ed or forclosed property/homes. If anyone knows how to bid on such homes or where to inquire about listings of such homes, we sure would appreciate the help. We are looking in Pima county, AZ.
