How to replace Clutch slave cylinder?
First disconnect the lower master cylinder to slave cylinder hydrolic line and plug the opening. Next loosen the mounting bolts on the slave cylinder and pull the cylinder away. To install: Grease where the slave cylinder rod meets the release fork. Mount the cylinder in position install the bolts and torque to proper specs. Reconnect the hydrolic line and bleed the system. To bleed: Slip a clear tube over the bleed valve on the slave cylinder. Submerse the other end of the tube in a container filled with brake/hydrolic clutch fluid. Have an assistant pump the clutch pedal a few times then hold it down. While the assiatant holds the clutch pedal down loosen the bleeder valve until no air bubbles come out of the line then tighten the valve back down. Repeat until there is no more air seen in the tube. NOTE: Keep an eye on the level of fluid in the master cyclinder. You may have to add fluid throughout the bleeding process.
