How to ripen peaches?
When first picked peaches can be very hard and bitter on the inside. To make your peaches last put them in the refrigerator without washing them. Choose how many you would like to ripen and take them out of the refrigerator. Put the peaches into a plain brown grocery bag, close the bag and leave it on the counter at room temperature. Check your peaches every day, but even the hardest ones should ripen within three days. Enjoy!
