In order to run EBU from command line, two environment variables specific to HP OMNIBACK II must be set in the same environment as the EBU. They are: OB2BARLIST and OB2APPNAME. OB2APPNAME must be set to the oracle sid of the target database to be backed up. (For example, if $ORACLE_SID is oradb1, you must set OB2APPNAME to oradb1) OB2BARLIST must be set to OMNIBACKII barlist name.
