If you have Internet Explorer, load the web page in to it. Click file -> Save As. This saves the web page in to your computer. HTML file of the web page is stored separately. Required images are stored on a directory separately. Click the HTML button on your KingMailer and load this HTML file into it. Click the preview button to preview the web page. Click the tool button to view the images to be embedded. If you need, you can also embed any files manually using this dialog.
