(1). Go to ‘Tools’ then ‘Options’ and select the ‘General’ tab. (2). In the general tab, press the ‘Connection Settings’ button. (3). Check the ‘Manual proxy configuration’ checkbox and write the address and port of the proxy server you wish to connect to. (4). If you want to use the same proxy server for all protocols also check the ‘Use this proxy server for all protocols’ checkbox.
