How to start an online trading platform like etrade or itrade or TD ameritrade?
I know there are plenty of electronic trading platforms out there. But this is part of a startup business strategy. Would like to incorporate carbon trading as well. So, would appreciate it if you could provide with experience, resources, timeline and capital needed to start a trading platform. Any developer software availale for licensing, resources needed etc. Online resources that can point me to the timeline, capital and implementation through third part software, employee qualifications etc. What is the regulation on cross border global trading? Information, experience and resources much appreciated.
