1. When it says don’t brush before, it’s because it needs that thin invisible layer (called pellicle) to be on your teeth. You can use them as soon as 10 minutes after brushing. The Pellicle layer forms back very quickly after brushing. It’s just a protein layer and the white strips use this layer for absorption of the whitening agent into your teeth. 2. You can brush afterwards and I would just to get the gel off. 3. Try to avoid soda, tea, coffee, etc for at least an hour after whitening. 4. Your teeth are transparent at the bottom? To you mean at the tip or bitting edges of the teeth? That’s more common. Do you whiten a lot? Whitening should not be over-used! Using whitening toothpastes constantly is also not recommended.
