How will a TT position be considered on my ORB/ERB for board purposes?

For promotion purposes the TT position is not to be looked at on a stand-alone basis. Deployments are a plus, given the OPTEMPO. Promotion boards will weigh in how the duty was performed, the overall Soldier’s file, and any instructions to the board at the time the board convenes.
