How will I receive my bill from Global FiberNet?
A. Billing is offered in two ways: Option 1: AutoPay Online Billing service. You will be able to view and download your bill online, and your bill will be automatically charged to your credit card each month. Your credit card information will be secure. You will not receive a paper bill by mail but you can print your online bill if you need to save a paper copy. You will receive an e-mail each month notifying you that your online statement is ready for review. Option 2: Electronic Funds Transfer (Direct Bank Debit) If you do not have a credit card or do not wish to autopay your bill via credit card, you may choose to have your bank directly debited via an electronic transaction.
