Colonial will purchase the right to install the new pipeline. The purchase price will compensate the landowner for a permanent easement which will contain the underground pipeline. The landowner will continue to have rights to farm and use the right of way area in any manner that will not interfere with or endanger the pipeline. There are no future restrictions on the use of temporary work space.
