Customers who take advantage of the shared mailbox service offered through Cyrus can continue to use that service, either through the web interface at http://shared-mail.ncsu.edu or through your IMAP client, just like you do today. The WolfWise Windows client can also be set up to view this mailbox as a separate IMAP account if you so choose — be sure to use “shared.mail.ncsu.edu” as your mail server.
