How will my personal account with our current savings plan vendor, which I have set up outside of the savings plan, work after the conversion?

Since those accounts are not part of the AEP Retirement Savings Plan, they will not convert to JPMorgan. You should be able to maintain those accounts with the current vendor. We encourage you to contact the current vendor directly to discuss any impact. You may also wish to look into what may be available for your personal investments through JPMorgan’s brokerage group, which is called JPMorgan Invest. The website is www.jpmorganinvest.com.
