How will new business and restaurants be attracted and will Architectural Guidelines be planned and enforced?
The Main Street Strip concepts were generated as a demonstration project. The current plan is to move forward simultaneous with development of a Master Plan. As a part of the Master Plan a Market Analysis will be completed to develop a marketing strategy for attracting businesses to the Tucker Business Core. Associated with the Market Analysis will be an inventory of total space and space availability. The Master Plan Phase will study what type of governmental structure will be best for Tucker and make recommendations. There will be additional opportunities for the community to interact and provide input into the development of the Master Plan.
