How will overtime or comp time be entered into TIM?
For SPA Non-Exempt employees, worked hours totaling more than 40 per week will automatically be calculated as overtime or comp time for that week. The overtime or comp time hours will be calculated at time and a half. SPA Exempt employees only receive comp time with a manager’s approval for a special project; therefore the manager will need to enter the comp time for SPA Exempt employees.
