How will PeopleSoft Payroll Module integrate with HR?
• Newly hired employees will be captured in payroll based on their effective start dates. There will be no waiting period for payroll payments, as long as the employee is hired prior to the next pay period for the respective agency’s assigned pay group. • HR Personnel Actions are effective dated. Payroll processes employees based on the effective dates of Personnel Action changes coming from the Human Resources. No manual interference is needed. • All employees HR data is entered in one central repository of information and sent to CIPPS for calculating payroll and issuing checks and direct deposits.
