How will Reclamation select projects for assistance?
Studies will be selected through a competitive process using a technical committee made up of representatives from across Reclamation. The interim final rule establishes prioritization criteria that will be used to select projects. Criteria include factors such as the need for the project and public policy issues. See ยง 440.13 of the interim final rule for more information on the prioritization criteria.
