How will RIRIC manage its multi business venture?
Each initiative will be managed independently as a separate project so their specific goals and objectives are reached. Specifically, RIRIC will utilize portfolio management. Portfolio Management is a methodology and process for managing related and unrelated projects across an entire organization. It contains sub-processes for: • Defining the logical portfolio • Identifying Projects • Approving Projects • Staffing Projects • Managing Projects • Maintaining project infrastructureThese are tools to track and manage each portfolio and will be integral to RIRIC’s management scheme.This is a similar approach to what most medium to large companies use to manage dozens, or hundreds, of projects and initiatives going on simultaneously.
