How will time be reported for TAs who serve as a bus monitor since the bus monitor hourly rate of pay is lower than the TA hourly rate for folks on E03 or higher?
TAs who serve as a bus monitor will also complete the new TA/Bus Driver time sheet. TA time for regular TA day as determined by supervisor should be recorded and bus monitor time which starts before the regular TA day begins and after TA regular day ends. Ex: If the regular TA time is 7:30-3:30 then the TA time is reported 7:30-3:30 and bus monitor morning time 6:45 am-7:30 and afternoon time 3:30-3:45.
