Med-QUEST will provide a crosswalk of local codes to HCPCS in May 2003. The crosswalk will be posted on the Web site. ACS, Hawaii Medicaid’s fiscal agent, will conduct provider training for fee for service providers. We will update the provider manuals for any any billing changes resulting from transactions and code sets compliance.
