How will we transition from the old classification system to the new system?
All contractors will be grandfathered into their current HSSE status: 1) until audited using the audit protocol and by CPET agreement, or 2) if 12 month rolling average exceeds 2.0 TRIR, or 3) U.S. Land suppliers who are currently yellow with variance will become grandfathered as red with approved MOC.
