The options: ‘-DIAL- as mouse right click pop-up menu for Internet Explorer’ and ‘Load …. at Windows startup’ use Windows registry to store their value. To set/change their values the user’s administrative privileges are required. Additionally, when using Windows Vista the User Account Control (UAC) must be turned OFF (Start>Control Panel>User Accounts).
