I added a page to the Print List using the History button, but it shows only a short empty rectangle in the Print Preview. Why?
A. This is probably because you visited a frames page in your browser, and consequently the URL at the top of the history list is for one individual frame in the main frame-set. When a frames page is loaded, both Internet Explorer and Netscape report the URL for the main frame-set, and the URLs for all the frames contained within in it. When WebRecord Pro detects all these URLs, it has no real way to determine whether the browser loaded them one at a time, or all at once within a frame-set. Therefore it adds all of the URLs to its history list. In this situation you can usually add the page you want to the Print List by clicking on the down-arrow next to the History button, and then choosing the entry that represents the frame-set URL.
