I am a P Res member serving on an operational deployment alongside Reg Force members. Why do I not have similar ER benefits?
As part of the ER review, it has been determined that there will be one program for all P Res (CBI 210.801). Director General Compensation and Benefits considers a total compensation package when designing pay and benefit programs for the Regular Force and Reserves. As the terms of service are different for the various Reserve elements and the Reg Force, the policy has been set accordingly.
