I am a Syracuse University graduate student, but my program is located outside the Maxwell School and College of Law. Can I still pursue the CAS-PCR?

Yes. Like INSCT’s CAS in Security Studies, the CAS in Post-Conflict Reconstruction is open to all matriculated graduate students at Syracuse University. Interested students must still apply for and enroll in the certificate program through INSCT, after they are admitted to their main graduate level program of study. Graduate students must fill out internal admission and program of study forms, found on the INSCT website (www.insct.syr.edu), obtain signatures from the director of their main program of study (i.e., MA-IR, MPA directors), and then submit the completed forms to INSCT.
